Sorry for the late notice, but you guys are all invited to come see me at my Bonanzle booth tonight, 9 pm - 12 pm EST, for my second Bonanza of the season.
I always get a little discouraged during these because ultimately it ends up being me, myself and Irene with Bonanzle's kinda sad strobe lights and disco music, so if any of you have the time or the inclination to stop by and pretend to be customers I would really owe ya. :) Plus, all the fabulous shoes are going to be super discounted off their already super discounted prices (I know, they seem expensive, but some of these babies are already like 80% off!), and I'm feeling kinda generous so I'm thinking for a couple of them I'll just about take any offer that doesn't leave me in the poor house.
If you'd like to swing by the address is:

Hope to see some of you there!

I have a question: how do you get over the fact that people can't try on the shoes? For me, it would be the main obstacle, because even if they are very cheap, if they are uncomfortable, "very cheap" becomes expensive. What do other people do? Is it that they know the brands and therefore know what size works for them?
Hey, D! Great question.
I let people return them within 7 days in their original condition, but I ask that they pay return shipping. Since most of my buyers are in the U.S. return shipping costs $9.20 at the most. I do that precisely because of the issue you've raised - people hesitate to buy my stuff because they are afraid it won't fit and they won't be albe to return.
It's a risky strategy, but so far it hasn't been a huge problem, and I think the extra revenue I get outweighs the risks. I think to a certain extent with these brands people do know their size, but I also provide measurements and as much color as possible to help them determine whether the shoe fits. :)
