Has Anyone Seen This Dress??

I'm helping a friend/client find it to wear to a wedding related event. She doesn't recall where she found this picture, but it was online at a blog of some sort.  The dress looks like some sort of chiffon / silk voile with a banded collar, pintuck bodice, self-covered buttons and a pleated knee-length skirt.  It's reminiscent of the 1940's.  The picture looks like it might have been a magazine spread of some sort and frankly, I don't keep up with the fashion mags (I know, shame on me).

I've hit the prerequisite stores online but have found nothing that is exactly right.  I'm going to the physical stores to look for it next, but if you guys see anything that looks like this, could you let me know??  Thanks!!
