Letter Asking Buyer to Withdraw Negative Feedback

What do you guys think??  Well written??

"Dear (Buyer),

By now you will have received the jeans I sent, and if not, you will receive them soon. I felt it was my moral obligation to replace your item, even though you didn't accept my offer originally.

I know that other sellers use the "lost item" card to get out of unfavorable sales. Let me assure you I am not one of those sellers, and ask you to please review our correspondence. Never did I refuse to send you the item, but rather offered a replacement item of equal or greater value for free because I felt it would be unethical to replace the item without giving you a choice.

Given that I made a good faith effort to fulfill our sale agreement despite circumstances beyond my control, could I ask you to consider withdrawing the negative feedback you left? Alternatively, if you don't feel I have done enough to rectify the situation, please let me know if there's anything else I can do to make it better.

I hope you enjoy the jeans, and I apologize again for the inconvenience."
